Duane Dale Blackston's Obituary
Duane Dale Blackston, 55, passed away on September 19, 2021. He was born on March 20, 1966 in Imperial, Nebraska. He was the son of Ross and Ann (Hunt) Blackston. Duane was married to Deborah (Quimby) Blackston. Duane worked in the tire industry the majority of his life and did odd jobs. He enjoyed buying scratch tickets and lotto tickets. Duane enjoyed going to Blackhawk with friends and family and he enjoyed visiting with his family and friends. Duane will be missed by his family and friends. Duane is survived by his dad Ross Blackston of Hudson; sister Tausha (Dave) Shreiner of Brighton, Leroy (Linda) Blackston of Keenesburg, Jeanine (Richard) Johnson of Washington and Reba (Joe) Bono of Brighton and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Duane is preceded in death by his mother Ann Blackston, brother David Blackston and his wife Deborah (Quimby) Blackston. A celebration of life will be held on October 24, 2021, at 1:00 p.m. at the American Legion located at 595 Railroad Avenue, Keenesburg, Colorado.
