Jennie Lee Loveridge's Obituary
Jennie Lee Loveridge (Padron), born March 13, 1956, in Denver, Colorado, passed away peacefully of natural causes on June 10, 2026. She spent her life rooted in the communities of Denver, Aurora and Commerce City, Colorado, where she built deep connections, lasting friendships, and a legacy of kindness. Her kids and grandkids were her everything.
She retired from her work with RTD, driving bus routes across the metro area — including the well‑known Colfax line. Beyond her career, she volunteered and remained active in her community, and with family and friends. In 2020, Jennie was awarded the Red Sweater award, a symbol for the Volunteer of the Year, by the Commerce City Senior Center. She served her 3rd term as Citizen Public Safety advisory Board from 2021-2024, her second term as Senior Commission from 2021-2023 and another Senior Commission Term from 2023-2026.
She was preceded in death by her mother Hope Dalgado, father Bacilio C. Padron, sister Margaret, and her beloved daughter Monica Lee Loveridge.
Jennie is survived by her son Adrian Loveridge, daughter‑in‑law Laura Loveridge, son‑in‑law Vasilios Charalabopoulos, and her grandchildren Cross, Ashton, Arabella, and Oceana Loveridge, along with countless family members and friends whose lives she touched along the way.
Jennie could be found soaking in the warmth of the sun, watching movies, or listening to books. She loved her family, was supportive, always had your back, and was a source of comfort and strength. She left this world knowing she was cared for, protected, and loved beyond measure.
May she now rest peacefully, reunited with her daughter Monica.
