Quinn Thomas Hawkins' Obituary
Quinn Thomas Hawkins (October 25 – December 5, 2025) passed away peacefully after a brief
but meaningful life. In the days following his birth, Quinn developed unexpected and severe
medical complications that led to a significant brain injury. Despite every effort and the
compassionate care of his medical team, these challenges could not be overcome.
Throughout his journey, Quinn showed remarkable strength that left a lasting impact on
everyone who cared for him. He spent his days surrounded by love, held closely, and adored
endlessly.
Quinn holds a special place in the hearts of his parents, Jodie and Ian Hawkins, and his big
brother, Cameron Hawkins. Before Quinn’s illness, one of their most treasured memories
together was trick-or-treating as a family of four, with Quinn in his stroller and Cameron going
door to door.
Quinn is also cherished by his grandparents, Joseph and Victoria Pietrucha, Lynda Conterato,
and Ray Hawkins; by his aunts and uncles, Mary Pietrucha (Cory Davis), Keeley Hawkins, and
Emme Rouiller (Karim); and by his cousins, Carthage Morris, Maverick Morris, and Sebastian
Rouiller.
Quinn’s family will be honoring his life privately. They are immensely grateful for the support and
love shown to them during this heartbreaking time. Jodie and Ian also wish to extend their
deepest gratitude to the NICU staff at Children’s Hospital Colorado for their exceptional care.
Quinn’s light and gentle spirit will remain with his family forever.
