Tammsha was born November 16, 1986, in Oakland California to Tammie Rice and Shawn Williams. She graduated from East High School in Denver, Colorado in 2004.
Tammsha loved life, her children, family, and friends and her smiles were genuine to everyone that meet her. She spent time enjoying music, dance, reading, traveling, cooking, and spending time with family and attending concerts. Tammsha favorite colors were black, and silver and her favorite musical artist was The Rapper E-40. Tammsha was often called by her family "Tea and Betty Boop."
Surviving to cherish the memory and maintain the legacy of Tammsha Reneau Rice-Williams are her mother; Tammie Rice, father; Shawn Williams, her two sons; Ra'Von, and Rahmarion, daughters; Aura, Aeyva, and Jesseca, her sisters; Shawnae Rice-Williams, Sterling Rice-Williams, niece; Yemaya, and her; brother Tyrell Heard.
