It impossible to put into words the laughter, joy and love I always felt about Carmen. I remember the first time I meet Carmen. Frances took me to their home and had Lisa give me beauty advice! Carmen laughed and it was the first day of getting to know this beautiful women.
Carmen joined Cordy/Mom, Don my husband on a trip to Santa Cruz, New Mexico. We loved our time in Taos and all the other places we visited, and of course, we laughed nonstop!
Carmen was never shy about sharing hugs and love during difficult times. However, my memory of Carmen will always be about the BEAUTIFUL, KIND, LOVING and especially hearing her LAUGHTER!

Carmen was a beautiful light in this world.
I remember when she visited with Lisa, Dan and the kids in Washington and we all had a few laughs and wonderful conversations!

I have so many fun and silly childhood memories but the one I never can get out of my mind was the night we tailored my wedding dress. It was such a beautiful and iconic moment. Three generations together laughing, drinking, singing, and loving over a monumental moment in my life. All I could think that night was, I am one blessed woman.

I met Carmen when I met Frances and Lisa and immediately she was such a loving soul for me.
She knew when I needed her smile and touch of her hand in mine for over 50 years.
My entire family knew her and loved her.
My children each as adults had there on special bond
